We are pleased to provide Comprehensive Care as well as to provide Emergency Dental Care.
Many of our “new” patients come to us with a specific emergency which we are happy to take care of. These patients have a comprehensive oral examination with needed radiographs and we share our findings on what is causing their problems and the treatment options that are available and discuss what we recommend.
If you are seeking Comprehensive Dental Care or Specific Dental Treatment (such as Implants, Same-Day Crowns, Laser Dentistry, Invisalign or Six-Month Smiles, etc.) your visit begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation which includes review of your Medical History, a Head and Neck and Oral Cancer Screening, evaluation of your Dental and Periodontal health and review of Dental Problems such as missing teeth, broken fillings, recurrent decay, etc. The doctor will develop a comprehensive treatment plan to help you achieve the healthy smile you have always wanted. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about your treatment options when you come into the practice.
If you are a new patient or have not been in to our office for two or more years, please go to Submit Online Forms where you can register and complete all the information forms. (If something doesn’t apply to you or you want to wait to fill out that section when you get to the Office, then just answer with 9999 so we can see what is missing.) You can complete these forms by by going to onlineforms123.com from your computer or clicking the link below.

If you do not have computer access, then arrive at least 20 minutes before your appointed time to complete the forms, so that we make take you on time.
If you have dental insurance, please let a staff member know during your phone call with us, so we can do a Complimentary Free Insurance Benefit inquiry on your behalf with the insurance company. With that info. we will have an idea of what your insurance covers and what out-of-pocket expenses you can expect. You are, of course responsible, for the total dental bill, but we work closely with our patients to help you coordinate the insurance process.
When you come in for your initial visit please be sure to bring your dental insurance card and arrive early to fill out or sign your initial paperwork if you have not already done so. If you are on any medications, please bring a list of them with you to the office. If you need antibiotics prior to dental work please take them as prescribed. If you are not sure if you need antibiotics please contact your doctor prior to your visit.
